Cold storage condensing unit question

Dear Members,

I'm planing to build commercial cold storage warehouse. Right now I have to decide which condensing unit to buy.

Chinese units are much cheaper, they claim that they produce Bitzer, Emerson and other top brands with the same quality.

Are Chinese and German Bitzer compressors the same quality? Are there any serious quality threats in buying Chinese condensing units (including compressors?)

I will really appreciate your help, since I'm not very experienced in this subject.
