Service Manual for Biotronic RI 630

Hello,
I bought an old fridge Bonnet Biotronic RI 630 and I'm looking for the service manual.
I need also wiring diagram. In France nobody have that...

When I start the fridge, display show "b1" for some seconds and then the inlet temp.

I don't know how long it can be refrigerated from 20 ° C to 3 ° C knowing that the fridge is empty.
It's volume is 630L.
