block ice on compresor

hi bud.... i'm aprial.. basically i've no exp on handling refeer container.. pls tell me what should i do to solve my problem
i got trouble on my refeer container daikin..half body of compresor got ice block... both of evaporator fan run well..freon 134a preassure at high 150 Psi and low side at 6 psim


pliss tell me what's the problem
