MVHR for Passivhaus in Malaysia

Hi all,

Im researching into the adaption of Passivhaus in Hot and Humid Climates, specifically Malaysia.
What are your suggestions on MVHR type in tropical climates?
Do you think a Solid Desiccant Cooling with Rotation Wheels system could provide all the MVHR needs? Cooling, Dehumidification and Heat Exchange?
